At दो PatTea, we strive to provide high-quality tea leaves to our customers across India. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is missing from the order.
  • The product has a quality issue.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of tea leaves, refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the product has been opened or used.
  • If the product is disliked due to personal taste preferences.
  • If the return request is made beyond 48 hours of delivery.
  • If the product was purchased during a promotional sale or clearance sale.

Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for refund
    • Photo/video evidence of the issue (if applicable)
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the issue is due to damage, defects, or incorrect delivery.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • If canceled within the allowed period, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
